Why should I go to the Spring Conference? 

To learn strategies and solutions that meet your clients’ needs, grow your business, and conduct your business more efficiently.  You will return home with the knowledge, tools, and contacts to be successful in this competitive business.

 

If I want to attend the WCR meetings ONLY, how do I register?

You will need to choose the "WCR meetings only" registration option.  

 

If I ONLY want to attend the Spring Conference (including the CE sessions), which registration option do I choose?

Please select the "Spring Conference Only" registration option.  This registration includes:  Monday night Reception, all CE classes on March 26th and all sessions on March 27th PLUS the Governance Meetings on March 28th.

 

If I want to attend the Spring Conference AND the WCR meetings, which registration option do I choose?

Please select the "Spring Conference and WCR" registration option.  This registration includes:  WCR meetings Monday and Tuesday, the Monday night Conference Welcome Reception, CE classes on March 26th and all sessions on March 27th PLUS the Governance Meetings on March 28th.

 

If I want to attend ONLY the Governance Meetings on March 28th, which registration option do I choose?

Please choose the Governance ONLY registration option which includes the Regional Caucuses and Board of Directors meetings on March 28th.

 

Are these events being held in person? 

Yes.

 

Will I be able to attend virtually? 

No. The event is being held in person only.

 

Do I need to book my own room? 

Yes, if you would like a hotel room you need to book it.  We are pleased to offer a limited number of rooms for registered attendees at a reduced room rate of $279 +taxes per night.  Please visit the Hotel Information page for more details.  Please book your room by February 24 to secure the discounted rate.   

 

Who should attend?

Our attendees are agents, associate brokers, brokers, and broker-owners representing a variety of different office sizes, business franchises, and areas around Arizona.

 

What if I need to cancel?

Are there any road construction issues?

Cancellation:

Any written cancellations received by March 8, 2024 will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. No refunds will be issued after March 11 and no shows will forfeit all registration fees. To cancel, contact Kimberly Franzen by email: kimberlyfranzen@aaronline.com

 

Antitrust Compliance:

The Arizona REALTORS® is devoted to improving the business conditions of its members and the real estate industry. Furthermore, the Arizona REALTORS® is committed to conducting all meetings and events professionally, ethically, and legally, adhering to all antitrust laws. To that end, the topics for this event will focus on advancing the interests of members of the association and consumers of real estate services, increasing competition, reducing risk for all parties involved in real estate transactions, and sharing insights on business best practices. The following discussion topics are always prohibited: agreements to fix prices, limit product or service offerings, allocate geographical territory or customers, and refusal to deal.

Any discussion inconsistent with this antitrust compliance statement will not be tolerated.

 

Real Estate CE credit:

Be sure to pick up a CE card when you enter the classroom and turn in the card at the end of the class when class is over, or you will not be eligible to receive CE. The attendance card is our sign-in/sign-out record. We are not able to give CE to anyone who arrives late or leaves early or does not return from breaks on time—we WANT to give you CE credit. (Please note mail in CE cards after the event or cards turned into the conference registration desk after the class cannot be accepted.)

 

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at kimberlyfranzen@aaronline.com.

 

Photography

By registering for this event, I consent to give the Arizona REALTORS® and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, and/or record my participation.  I further agree that any or all of the material may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, or other printed or web-based materials used to promote Arizona REALTORS®, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation

 

Seating

Seating at all sessions is open seating and on a first come; first served basis

Force Majeure

If an event beyond the Arizona REALTORS®  reasonable control occurs that would make conducting the Arizona REALTORS® Spring Conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), the Arizona REALTORS®  may cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation by the Arizona REALTORS®  shall be the offer of credit for a future Spring Conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
