What time does the program start and end?
Registration opens at 3:00p.m. on April 3rd.
Can I still cancel?
Yes, you can cancel and receive a partial refund if you cancel via email by February 15. No refunds can be issued after February 15th.
What is the dress code?
Business Casual.
What is the expected weather?
It is expected to be chilly, usually high around 50 degrees and low of 30 degrees.
Do you know about my special dietary requirements?
If you checked off your dietary requirements at registration, you will have a card showing your dietary needs in your badge at registration check-in. Place the card in front of you at meal functions.
What are the accommodation arrangements?
If you are staying the night at the Snow King Resort, check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
What does registration for the Conference include?
April 3rd Reception, April 4th breakfast, lunch and dinner and April 5th breakfast and education sessions.
Do I need to book my own room?
Yes, see the tab for hotel information. You are responsible for your own room reservations.
Will I be able to attend virtually?
NO, the event is being held in-person only.

Photography
By registering for this event, I consent to the Wyoming Association of REALTORS® and its authorized representative’s photography, filming, and/or recording my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, or other printed or web-based materials used to promote the Region XI Conference, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
Seating
Seating is open seating and on a first–come, first–served basis.

The ideas and opinions offered at meetings/educational programs presented during this conference are solely those of the speakers and do not necessarily reflect the position, policy or opinion of the Wyoming Association of REALTORS®. Force Majeure
If an event beyond the Region's reasonable control occurs that would make conducting the Region XI Conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), the Wyoming Association of REALTORS may cancel the event.
