Is there a no-show fee?
YES, there is a $50 fee for no-shows that will be charged to the card on file.
What time does the program start and end?
Caucus registration opens at 9:15 AM
Caucus begins promptly at 10:00 AM
Caucus ends at 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
What should I bring?
Come with ideas for your regional breakout sessions.
Please keep in mind hotel conference rooms may be cold consider a light jacket.
Can I still cancel?
Yes, you can cancel. All cancellations after 8/8/2025 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

What are the parking arrangements and directions?
There is free parking at the resort.
What is the dress code?
Caucus is business casual.
Awards reception is cocktail attire.
What food will be served at the event?
The Award Reception will offer appetizers.
Caucus will offer served lunch.

Do you know about my special dietary requirements?
Please check off your dietary requirements at registration, you will have a card showing your dietary needs in your badge at registration check-in. Place the card in front of you at lunch so the banquet team is aware of your dietary needs.
Can my spouse and children attend too?
Due to spacing and cost concerns, we apologize that plus 1s for this event cannot be accommodated.

What are the accommodation arrangements?
If you are planning on staying the night at the Westin Kierland and Resort, check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM
Why should I go to the REALTOR® Caucus?
The Annual Arizona REALTOR® Caucus is a long-held tradition where members from across the state come to exchange ideas and identify policy concerns that impact the real estate industry.

Caucus Opening Session, Regional Policy Breakouts, Lunch.

Will I be able to attend virtually?
NO, the event is being held in-person only.
Do I need to book my own room?
You are responsible for your own room reservations if you wish to stay.
Who should attend?
Our attendees are agents, associate brokers, brokers, and broker-owners representing a variety of different office sizes, business franchises, and areas around Arizona.
Terms
Cancellation:
No shows will be subject to a $50 fee.
There is a $1.00 non-refundable registration fee.
*Card will be stored and charged $50 in event of a NO SHOW.

Photography
By registering for this event, I consent to give the Arizona REALTORS® and its authorized representative’s permission to photography, filming, and/or recording my participation and place photographs in Zenfolio so that they can be accessed by other event attendees. I further agree that any or all of the material may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, or other printed or web-based materials used to promote Arizona REALTORS®, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
Seating
Seating is open seating and on a first–come, first–served basis.

Force Majeure
If an event beyond the Arizona REALTORS® reasonable control occurs that would make conducting the Arizona REALTORS® Caucus impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), the Arizona REALTORS® may cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation by the Arizona REALTORS® shall be the offer of credit for a future Spring conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
