Why should I go to the Leadership Conference? 

This conference is designed to provide training and networking opportunities to incoming leaders, while celebrating the association's 2023 accomplishments.   

 If I want to attend the Installation Dinner, how do I register?

Please choose the Installation Dinner Only registration option.

If I want to attend ONLY the Governance Meetings on October 20th, which registration option do I choose?

Please choose the Governance ONLY registration option which includes the Regional Caucuses and Board of Directors meetings on October 20th.

Will I be able to attend virtually? 

The event is being held in person only.

 Do I need to book my own room? 

Yes, if you would like a hotel room you need to book it.  We are pleased to offer a limited number of rooms for registered attendees at a reduced room rate of $239 +tax (plus $18 resort fee) per night.  Please book your room by September 17th to secure the discounted rate.  The hotel reservation number is 623-258-4676.

 Who should attend?

Current and incoming local and state association leaders, local and state board of directors, committee chairs and members.

 What if I need to cancel?

Conference Policies

Cancellation:

Any written cancellations received by October 10th, 2023 will be refunded less a $25 admin fee. No refunds will be issued after October 10th and no shows will forfeit all registration fees. To cancel, contact Kimberly Franzen by email: kimberlyfranzen@aaronline.com

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at kimberlyfranzen@aaronline.com.

Photography

By registering for this event, I consent to the Arizona REALTORS® and its authorized representative’s photography, filming, and/or recording my participation.  I further agree that any or all of the material may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, or other printed or web-based materials used to promote Arizona REALTORS®, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation

Seating

Seating at all sessions  is open seating and  on a first–come; first–served basis

The ideas and opinions offered at meetings/educational programs presented during this conference are solely those of the speakers and do not necessarily reflect the position, policy or opinion of the Arizona REALTORS®. Force Majeure

If an event beyond the Arizona REALTORS®  reasonable control occurs that would make conducting the Arizona REALTORS® Spring Conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), the Arizona REALTORS®  may cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation by the Arizona REALTORS®  shall be the offer of credit for a future Spring conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
