Why should I go to the REALTOR® Caucus?

The Annual Arizona REALTOR® Caucus is a long-held tradition where members from across the state come to exchange ideas and identify policy concerns that impact the real estate industry.  Caucus is complimentary, but pre-registration is required.

Learn about strategies and solutions that meet your clients’ needs, grow your business and conduct your business more efficiently.  You will return home with the knowledge, tools and contacts to be successful in this competitive business.

 

If I only want to attend the REALTOR® Caucus, which registration option do I choose?

If I am attending the REALTOR® Caucus only, can I attend the Summit’s Welcome Reception? 

Yes, but you must purchase a Reception Only ticket.

 

I will be attending the Summit, can I purchase a ticket for a guest (who is not attending the Summit) to attend the Welcome Reception with me? 

Yes, that option is available when you register.

 

What does registration for the REALTOR® Caucus include? 

Breakfast, Caucus Opening Session, Regional Caucus’, Awards Luncheon

 

What does registration for the All-In Summit include? 

CE classes on August 31 and all sessions and lunch on September 1st.  (BONUS:  early bird registration fee also includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception on August 31^st).

 

What does registration for both the Caucus and the Summit include? 

All events on August 31 and September 1^st.  (note:  Welcome Reception ticket included only in the Early bird registration package).

 

Are these events being held in person? 

Yes, rooms will be set with social distancing as much as possible.

 

Will I be able to attend virtually? 

The event is being held in person only.

 

Do I need to book my own room? 

Yes, if you would like a hotel room you need to book it.  We are pleased to offer a limited number of rooms for registered Caucus and/or Summit attendees at a reduced room rate of $129 +taxes per night.  Please visit the Hotel Information page for more details.  Please book your room by July 29^th to secure the discounted rate.  The hotel reservation number is 480-948-5000.

Our attendees are agents, associate brokers, brokers, and broker-owners representing a variety of different office sizes, business franchises, and areas around Arizona.
