Is there a no-show fee?

YES, there is a $100 fee for no-shows that will be charged to the card on file.

 

What time does the program start and end?

Registration opens at 12:30 pm, and Caucus begins promptly at 1:00 pm. For those not attending dinner, the event ends at 4:00 pm. For those attending dinner, the event ends at 8:30 pm.

 

What should I bring?

Come with ideas for your breakout sessions.

 

Can I still cancel?

Yes, you can cancel. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

What is the exact location?

The Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom @ Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

What are the parking arrangements and directions?

There are two options. You may valet your car at the resort entrance or you may self-park in the parking garage ($23). We recommend parking on the north end of the parking garage for easier access to the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom. For additional information on parking, click here

 

What is the dress code?

The afternoon program is business casual. Dinner will be cocktail attire.

 

What is the expected weather?

It is expected to be sunny with a high of 104°F and a low of 86°F. 

 

What food will be served at the event?

There will be hors d’oeuvres served at the REALTOR® Party Cocktail Reception and a formal dinner afterwards.

 

Do you know about my special dietary requirements?

If you checked off your dietary requirements at registration, you will have a card showing your dietary needs in your badge at registration check-in. Place the card in front of you at dinner so that servers are aware.

 

Can my spouse and children attend too?

Due to spacing and cost concerns, we apologize that plus 1s for this event cannot be accommodated.

 

Can I still register for Caucus?

No.

 

Can I still register for WCR Cocktails with Champions?

Yes, you may register in advance at the link here or you can register at the door for $25.

 

What are the accommodation arrangements?

If you are staying the night at the Biltmore Resort, check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

 

Why should I go to the REALTOR® Caucus?

The Annual Arizona REALTOR® Caucus is a long-held tradition where members from across the state come to exchange ideas and identify policy concerns that impact the real estate industry.  Caucus is complimentary, but pre-registration is required.

 

What does registration for the REALTOR® Caucus include?  

Caucus Opening Session, Regional Policy Breakouts, REALTOR® Party Reception and Awards Dinner. 

 

What if I decided not to attend the Dinner? 

By opting out of dinner you are choosing to forgo a valuable portion of the Arizona REALTOR® Caucus experience. You will miss hearing from speakers such as Arizona REALTORS® and NAR staff, elected officials, and industry partners about legislative priorities and hot button topics both for the state of Arizona and nationally. You will also miss a fun evening of good food, libations,  and entertainment with your colleagues across the state. This is not the dinner to skip!

Should you choose to opt out of dinner when you register, there are no day of dinner registrations available. 

Should you opt into dinner and not attend without advance notice prior to August 10th, you will be responsible for the $100 Late Cancellation Fee.

Do I need to book my own room? 

Yes, see Hotel Information tab for hotel options. You are responsible for your own room reservations.

 

Who should attend?

Our attendees are agents, associate brokers, brokers, and broker-owners representing a variety of different office sizes, business franchises, and areas around Arizona.

 

Will I be able to attend virtually? 

NO, the event is being held in-person only.

Photography

By registering for this event, I consent to the Arizona REALTORS® and its authorized representative’s photography, filming, and/or recording my participation.  I further agree that any or all of the material may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, or other printed or web-based materials used to promote Arizona REALTORS®, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation. 

 

Seating

Seating is open seating and on a first–come, first–served basis.

Force Majeure

If an event beyond the Arizona REALTORS®  reasonable control occurs that would make conducting the Arizona REALTORS® Caucus impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), the Arizona REALTORS®  may cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation by the Arizona REALTORS® shall be the offer of credit for a future Spring conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
