As COO of Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, Jeffrey works in tandem with the Designated Broker to effectively oversee over 650 agents in 8 markets throughout Northern Arizona. Jeffrey hosts a bi-weekly Forms Competency session for their agents to ensure they are the best prepared professionals in their markets. In addition to his role as COO, he is still in production in multiple markets in AZ, including Phoenix and Tucson, and 4 other states. To further his commitment to raising the bar, he is the Owner/Administrator of a licensed AZ Real Estate School providing Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education opportunities.
