In 2012 I was hired as a part-time web developer for 20 hours a week. Three days later we moved it to 40 hours a week. And 3-months after that I became a Partner of the Sibbach Team - a residential real estate team based in Scottsdale, AZ.

That first year we had two agents on our team and sold $25M worth of homes. Over the next decade we grew the team to be the #1 Real Estate Team in Phoenix-Metro and achieved over $390M in annual sales. We’ve since crossed the $2B mark of total homes sold.
