As a Colorado REALTOR, National Speaker, and Business Coach, Natalie Davis is committed to inspiring real estate professionals, companies, and organizations to excel to be intentional industry thought leaders.

With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has worked with Associations and Brokerages to facilitate both strategic and business planning, teaches the NAR At Home with Diversity, the NAR Implicit Bias Override Courses and a variety of other business and personal development courses. Natalie is also a Ninja Coach and Mastery for Associates Guide for Ninja Selling, helping agents across the country to build an evergreen business.

In 2023, she serves as the President for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® (CAR).

Natalie has served as the National Association of REALTORS ® Member Services Liaison in 2022, and has also led as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, and as a Board of Director for the local, state and national Association of REALTORS®.

Natalie has volunteered on various committees with both the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ®and the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS ® (SMDRA). Her dedication to the progression of the industry has received recognition by receipt of the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016 & 2021), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014).
