Sindy Ready was born and raised in Montana but moved to Arizona as a teen and graduated from Arizona State University. Prior to real estate, she worked as a resort management professional and hotel corporate director of sales and marketing. Married to her Husband and Partner, Brian Ready for 35 years.
Sindy has been in the Real Estate Business for over 25 years, she is a second-generation REALTOR® and Women’s Council Member and is serving our industry. Sindy has been with RE/MAX Excalibur for over 20 years, is an Associate Broker and leader of the Ready Callaghan Team in The Valley of the Sun Market of Scottsdale/Phoenix.
In our Association world, Sindy has served as the Scottsdale Area Association President in 2020 (The year of ZOOM!), on the National level as the 2015 National President of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and served on many local, National, and Arizona State Committees and currently serves as the Arizona REALTORS President-elect.
