Ryan Davis is the Director of Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion for the National Association of Realtors® where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of diversity, equity and inclusion for the world’s largest trade association, serving 1.6 million members across 76 countries as well as more than 1,100 local and state REALTOR® associations. In his role, Ryan also collaborates with NAR’s partner organizations, including the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Prior to joining NAR, Ryan served as the Associate Vice President of Institutional Equity and Diversity at Brown University, Director of Assessment and Diversity Programs at Purdue University, and as the Senior Program Manager for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program. Further, as a Senior Strategist for the University of California Race and Equity Center, Ryan has led complex organizations through learning and development processes that have advanced organizational diversity, equity and inclusion goals.

Ryan has authored more than 20 publications on diversity, equity and inclusion matters. In 2020, Ryan was recognized as one of the 40 Under Forty honorees by Providence Business News.
