Women of Influence is more than a conference, it’s an experience designed to inspire, elevate, and empower female real estate professionals to embrace their voice, expand their impact, and lead with intention in both business and life.
Throughout the day, you’ll hear from dynamic women leaders and influencers across industries including community changemakers, business innovators, and national voices shaping the future of real estate. Their stories will challenge you to think bigger, act bolder, and recognize the influence you already have; along with how to use it more intentionally.
This interactive experience blends powerful presentations, small-group roundtable discussions, and an intimate lunchtime fireside chat. It offers an opportunity not only to learn, but also to connect, share, and grow alongside other driven women in the industry.
What You’ll Gain:
- Inspiration from women who are breaking barriers and redefining success.
- Practical insight on how to use your influence to grow your business and career.
- Strategies for balancing visibility, leadership, and life.
- Real conversations about confidence, challenges, and breakthroughs.
- Meaningful connections with a community of women who support and lift each other up.

Dr. Erin is a nationally recognized voice in the Women’s Council community. She has taken the stage in Washington, D.C., multiple times and is widely respected throughout our network. She commands a room, inspires audiences, and brings the kind of energy and credibility that draws people in.

Gwendena Lee An Apache leader, communicator, and community advocate whose work is rooted in service to people, land, and future generations. She made history as the first woman elected Chairwoman of the White Mountain Apache Tribe, stepping into leadership with clarity, resolve, and a deep understanding of responsibility.
She has worked in spaces where decisions matter and words carry weight, including serving as a Public Information Officer during wildland fire incidents where clear communication protects lives and communities. In those moments, leadership is measured by steadiness, precision, and the trust people place in your voice.
She raised her three children as a single parent, carrying both responsibility and purpose with quiet strength. She understands that raising the next generation is among the most important forms of leadership. For some, that calling is through children. For others, it is through mentorship, service, and the way they lift those around them. Both carry equal weight.
Beyond her formal roles, she serves as a board member of the Show Low Chamber of Commerce, Co Chair of the Indigenous Women Leaders Network, and President of the McNary Hondah Community Board. Her leadership shows up not just in titles, but in the places where people gather and communities are built.
She is also a writer and a horsewoman, grounded in traditions that teach patience, awareness, and respect. Those lessons carry into every space she enters.
